The Project is to bring the 130 lt/sec capacity water from the spring called Avisipi in the Çelikhan town of Adıyaman city to 111 villages.      

The system is free flow and on the main line Ø 600, Ø 500, Ø 400, Ø 350, Ø 300, Ø 250, Ø 200 mm dimatere steel pipes were used.      

Inside the villages network system reached every residence.
